Jonathan Stepanian to speak at PA Defense Institute program

McQuaide Blasko shareholder Jonathan B. Stepanian will address "Recent Developments in Expert Discovery and Privilege" during a Pennsylvania Defense Institute continuing legal education program May 17 in Grantville.

The program, "Legal Issues in Modern Communication," addresses social media and the law for both defense and plaintiff practitioners. The Pennsylvania Defense Institute is one of the largest organizations of its kind in the United States, with a membership of approximately 1,000 lawyers, executives of insurance companies, self-insurers, and independent adjusters.

Mr. Stepanian is a shareholder in McQuaide Blasko's Hershey office. His practice focuses on litigation, complex medical professional liability defense, health care law, and numerous issues associated with day-to-day hospital operations.
